Curried Green Tomatoes
  1. Melt butter, add onion and cook slowly until yellow.

  2. Optionally fry chicken separately with some curry powder

  3. Add curry powder and tomatoes and cook until heated thoroughly.

  4. Add salt and pepper to taste.

  5. Add harissa, chickpeas

  6. Stir throughly until heated through

  7. Add light coconut milk and more seasoning to taste.

  8. Let simmer over medium-low heat.

  9. Serve with chicken
