Jjimdak (korean Braised Chicken)
  1. Chop up potatoes, carrots (large); chop up onions, mince garlic

  2. Put everything in the IP and mix. Pressure cook for 12 min, quick release.

  3. This is how I make Jjimdak or Korean Braised Chicken. This is the non spicy version of Dakdoritang that is kid friendly. You can also add potato starch noodles. Optional: garnish with green onion and sesame seeds.
