Mash the raspberries in a bowl.
Add the yogurt and mix until well combined.
Drizzle in honey to taste and mix again.
Cut the strawberries into heart shapes by cutting a small V shape from the top (stem side), then slice to form hearts.
Spread the yogurt mixture evenly on a lined tray.
Arrange the strawberry hearts on top and sprinkle with freeze-dried strawberries.
Freeze for at least 3–4 hours, or until fully set.
Break into pieces and enjoy!
