Courgette (zucchini) Wraps
  1. Thinly slice the courgette and arrange the slices on parchment paper to form two square wraps, slightly overlapping the edges.

  2. Drizzle a little oil, sprinkle with grated cheese and spices.

  3. Bake at 180°C (375 F) until the cheese crisps and the edges turn golden (about 15 minutes)

  4. Let it cool completely before adding your favourite toppings.
