Vinaigrette Dressing
  1. Grate the garlic clove using a microplane grater

  2. Add the Tarragon Dijon to the jar

  3. Pour in the red wine vinegar

  4. Add a generous amount of honey

  5. Season with a pinch of salt and fresh cracked pepper

  6. Use a ⅔ oil to ⅓ vinegar ratio and eyeball the amounts

  7. Shake the jar to combine all the ingredients
