Chicken pineapple

    Instructions:

  1. Cook the Chicken: In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the chicken cubes and cook until golden brown and cooked through. Remove the chicken and set aside.

  2. Sauté the Vegetables: In the same skillet, add the onion, garlic, and red bell pepper. Cook until the vegetables are softened, about 5 minutes.

  3. Add Pineapple: Add the pineapple and cook for an additional 2 minutes, stirring occasionally.

  4. Cook the Rice: Stir in the jasmine rice, chicken broth, soy sauce, ginger, salt, and pepper. Bring to a boil.

  5. Simmer: Reduce the heat to low, cover, and simmer for 18-20 minutes, or until the rice is cooked through and the liquid is absorbed.

6 Combine and Heat: Return the chicken to the skillet, mix well with the rice and vegetables, and heat through.

7 Serve: Serve garnished with sliced green onions and sesame seeds
