Prepare the Brussels Sprouts
Rinse the Brussels sprouts under cold water and pat dry completely.
Trim the ends, then cut each sprout in half. Discard any wilted outer leaves.
Season and Toss
In a large bowl, whisk together olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
Add the Brussels sprouts and toss until evenly coated.
For extra crisp texture, sprinkle panko breadcrumbs and drizzle with a bit of olive oil.
Air Fry or Roast
Air Fryer Method:
Place Brussels sprouts in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
Cook at 375°F (190°C) for 10–15 minutes, shaking halfway through.
Oven Method:
Spread evenly on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
Roast at 400°F (200°C) for 20–25 minutes, flipping halfway, until golden brown.
Cook the Bacon
While sprouts are cooking, fry or bake bacon slices until crisp.
Drain on paper towels, then crumble or chop into small pieces.
Make the Bang Bang Sauce
In a small bowl, whisk together mayonnaise, sweet chili sauce, sriracha, and sesame oil until smooth and creamy.
Adjust spice level to your liking by adding more or less sriracha.
Combine and Serve
Transfer the hot Brussels sprouts to a serving platter.
Sprinkle with crisp bacon pieces.
Drizzle with Bang Bang sauce, or serve it on the side for dipping.
Optional: Garnish with grated Parmesan, fresh parsley, or green onions.
