Veda Bread
  1. Preheat your oven to 400°C, and place a container of water inside.

  2. In a bowl, mix the warm water with the flour.

  3. Leave to stand for 5 minutes at room temperature.

  4. Then add the salt, oil, barley malt extract, 3 flours and yeast.

  5. Knead generously until you obtain a homogeneous ball.

  6. Leave to stand for 15 minutes.

  7. Press the air out of the dough and knead again.

  8. Place the dough in a loaf tin.

  9. Bake at 400°C for 30 to 40 minutes.

  10. If the bread sounds hollow, it’s done, otherwise you can put it back in the oven.
