2 Ingredient Chocolate Mousse Cake
  1. First, melt the chocolate (on the stovetop using the double boiler method or in the microwave) then set it aside.

  2. Next, strain the peaches/pears then add the peach/pear slices to a high speed blender along with the melted chocolate.

  3. Blend until smooth and creamy (the longer you blend, the more of a 'mousse' consistency it will have), then pour the mixture into a standard loaf pan lined with parchment paper.

  4. Optional — I like to top with some chopped chocolate and flaky sea salt.

  5. Place the loaf pan in the fridge for several hours (or overnight) until the chocolate has fully hardened.

  6. Once hardened, remove from the fridge, slice, and serve! Store leftovers in the fridge.
