Start by adding your salmon filets on top of slices of lemon.
Next mix together your olive oil, garlic powder, lemon sea salt seasoning, paprika and italian seasoning. Spoon this mixture over the salmon and pop it in the oven for 15-20 minutes until cooked through.
Meanwhile we are going to make our creamy orzo, add a knob of butter to the pan and throw in your diced onion and garlic and let it soften for a few minutes.
Add Spinach and let it wilt, along with the chopped fresh herbs.
After this add in your orzo, cream, stock pot and water (pop a lid on) and let the orzo absorb the moisture.
When you have a silky creamy pasta, serve and place your salmon on top.
Spoon some of that oil infused with those spices over the top and enjoy!
