Brown Butter & Garlic Wings
  1. In a bowl add your wings and mix in soy sauce, garlic powder, paprika, and pepper. Leave in the fridge for 20+ minutes.

  2. Mix together 1 ½ cups of corn starch and 2 tsp of MSG then coat your chicken wings.

  3. Fry in oil at 375°F (the wings will lower the temp). Once done, remove from oil with a paper towel lined tray.

  4. In a deep pot or wok melt butter and constantly stir until golden brown then stir in your chopped garlic. Stir for 2-3 minutes off heat then coat your chicken wings. Once done, remove and sprinkle with a bit of salt.
