Cinnamon Extract Recipe
  1. Sanitize the Jar: Begin by sterilizing your glass jar and lid in boiling water for 10 minutes. This ensures that your extract remains pure and free from contaminants.

  2. Prepare the Cinnamon Sticks: Break the cinnamon sticks into small pieces to increase the surface area, which will infuse more flavor.

  3. Combine Ingredients: Place the broken cinnamon sticks in the jar and pour the vodka over them. Make sure the sticks are completely submerged.

  4. Seal and Store: Tightly seal the jar and place it in a cool, dark place. A cupboard away from direct sunlight is ideal.
