Potato and Cheese Buns
  1. Stir the milk, salt, and flour into dough flakes.

  2. Add 15ml (1 tbsp) unsalted butter and form into a dough without dry flour visible.

  3. Cover the dough with plastic wrap and refrigerate for about 30 minutes.

  4. Cook the potatoes, then mash them.

  5. Mix the mashed potatoes with 15g (2 tbsp) bacon crumbs, 6g (1 tbsp) chopped onion, and 15ml (1 tbsp) mayonnaise.

  6. Roll out the dough into a large round sheet.

  7. Place mozzarella cheese in the middle, top with the mashed potato mixture, and another layer of mozzarella cheese.

  8. Wrap the dough around the filling and pinch it tightly at the end.

  9. Heat a pan on medium-low heat, add cooking oil, and cook the bun for 3-5 minutes per side until golden brown.
