Pumpkin Chickpea Burger
  1. Cook the pumpkin for 10 minutes until soft

  2. Pour the chickpeas into a bowl and mash until soft

  3. Add the cooked pumpkin and all the other ingredients for the patties. Knead everything into a dough by hand. Let the dough rest for 15 minutes

  4. Form the dough into 4 patties (190 g each). Fry on both sides until golden brown

  5. Top the burgers and enjoy
