Sausage & Cream Cheese Hash Brown Breakfast Casserole
  1. Cook sausage in a skillet over medium heat 5–7 minutes until browned and crumbled.

  2. In a large bowl, mix cream cheese, cheddar, milk, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper until creamy.

  3. Add thawed hash browns and stir to coat evenly.

  4. Fold in cooked sausage.

  5. In a separate bowl, whisk eggs and pour into casserole mixture.

  6. Spread mixture into a greased 9×13-inch baking dish.

  7. Bake at 350°F (175°C) for 45–50 minutes until golden and set.

  8. Let rest a few minutes, garnish with green onions, and serve warm.
