  1. Cut chicken in bite size pieces.

  2. In large pan cook chicken in olive oil until no longer pink.

  3. Add celery, carrots, onion, and garlic. Sauté until vegetables are tender.

  4. Add chicken broth, pumpkin, beans, nutmeg, white pepper and salt. Simmer on low 30 minutes.

  5. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
