Buffalo Smashed Chicken Tacos
  1. Combine ground chicken with ranch seasoning, green onion, salt, pepper, shredded Cheddar cheese, and Buffalo sauce

  2. Mix well and spread the mixture into a thin layer all the way to the edges of the flour tortillas

  3. Heat a pan or griddle and add oil

  4. Place tacos meat side down and cook for about 5 minutes until chicken is cooked through

  5. Flip tacos and cook for another minute

  6. Combine shredded cabbage, celery, carrots, and blue cheese crumbles in a bowl

  7. Toss the slaw with red wine vinegar, olive oil, salt, pepper, and sugar

  8. Add the slaw to the tacos and drizzle with additional Buffalo sauce

  9. Serve and enjoy
