Melt peanut butter slightly and mix in all ingredients, adding in chocolate chips last.
Place on parchment paper, pressing it down so the dough cooks evenly.
Bake at 350 for 7-9 minutes. The key is to keep it more “underbaked” and it will be more chewy vs cakey.
Let it cool for at least 15 minutes (even better if you can wait longer for it to fully cool).
