Add favourite fillings eg:
Preheat your oven to 400°F.
Use a mandoline or vegetable peeler to slice a large zucchini into thin, even strips.
Place the slices on a paper towel and press gently to remove excess moisture.
Line a baking tray with parchment paper and sprinkle a thin layer of cheddar cheese directly onto it.
Arrange the zucchini slices in an overlapping pattern to form a rectangle.
Season with garlic powder (and smoked paprika if you want extra flavor), then add another layer of cheese on top.
Bake for 14–15 minutes, until the edges are crispy and golden.
Let it cool for a minute, then slice it in half to create two "bread" pieces.
