Spinach Feta Wrap
  1. Whisk 2 eggs with garlic salt and pepper.

  2. Slice sun-dried tomatoes (I used two from the jar in oil) and chop 1 cup fresh spinach.

  3. Heat olive oil over medium to high heat.

  4. Add veggies and cook for 2-3 minutes or until spinach starts to wilt.

  5. Pour eggs over veggies and sprinkle ¼ cup feta cheese on top.

  6. Place wrap over eggs and press down. Let it cook for another 2 minutes.

  7. Flip out of pan, roll up, and serve with fruit.
