Homemade Biscuits
  1. Combine flour, baking powder, sugar, salt in a bowl. Whisk.

  2. Grate in frozen butter. Mix.

  3. Add milk. Mix until well incorporated.

  4. Flour a flat surface. Dump dough out and flatten or roll out until 1 inch thick.

  5. Cut out biscuits and add to a parchment lined baking sheet.

  6. Bake for 14-17 minutes at 425.

  7. Flash freeze unbaked biscuits for 1 hour on a cookie sheet. Add to an airtight container and place back in the freezer.

  8. Bake from frozen at 425 for 16-20 minutes.
