Harissa Cauliflower Steak With Chimichurri And White Bean Base
  1. Prepare the cauliflower steaks by slicing the cauliflower head into steaks

  2. Mix together asafoetida powder, smoked paprika, Chipotle powder, thyme, and harissa paste

  3. Coat the cauliflower steaks with the spice mixture and olive oil or vegan butter

  4. Season with salt and pepper to taste

  5. Cook the cauliflower steaks until golden and tender

  6. Prepare the chimichurri by finely chopping parsley and mixing with asafoetida powder, spicy chilli antipasto, sherry vinegar or lemon juice, and olive oil

  7. Season chimichurri with salt and pepper to taste

  8. Prepare the white bean base by combining white kidney beans, lemon juice, nutritional yeast, zaatar spice, asafoetida, and tahini

  9. Spread the white bean base on a plate

  10. Top with the cooked cauliflower steaks

  11. Drizzle with chimichurri sauce

  12. Garnish with toasted sesame seeds
