Season chimichurri with salt and pepper to taste
Prepare the white bean base by combining white kidney beans, lemon juice, nutritional yeast, zaatar spice, asafoetida, and tahini
Spread the white bean base on a plate
Top with the cooked cauliflower steaks
Drizzle with chimichurri sauce
Garnish with toasted sesame seeds
