Cut the salmon into cubes and drizzle with oil and spices. Massage into the salmon and either pan fry for 3-4 minutes on medium heat or in a 400F oven for 8 minutes.
Start your rice or quinoa.
Make the sauce by mixing ingredients together and adjusting for taste - salt or acid, usually.
Prep your veggies. I used a large handful greens, Persian cucumbers, half an avocado, and fresh dill.
