Mix everything with required water into a pliable dough as shown in the video.
It should slightly spring back when pushed.
Rest for 30 minutes.
Take a portion of the dough.
Pour oil or ghee onto a surface and roll the dough into a thin layer.
Cut into thin strips with the help of pizza cutter.
Gather the strips together and twist together like shown in the video.
Gently flatten it and roll it into a parotta.
Cook on both sides, once cooked crush the parotta to get the layers.
