Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
In a large bowl, combine cheese, butter or margarine, flour, crispy rice cereal, salt, Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, cayenne pepper, and black pepper.
Mix well until fully incorporated.
Form small balls of dough and flatten each one with your fingertips until thin.
Arrange the discs on an ungreased cookie sheet.
Bake for 12 minutes, or until the Cheese Krispies are golden and slightly browned around the edges.
Cool slightly and enjoy!
