Chop the sweet potato into 1-2cm cubes and microwave for 6 minutes to soften.
Spray the sweet potato with oil and season with the chip seasoning, then air fry for around 15 minutes at 190°C.
Fry the beef mince and add the paprika, onion powder, garlic powder, chilli powder, cumin and tomato purée.
Add the cooked sweet potato and beef to a bowl.
Slice or mash the avocado with lemon juice and salt, and add to the bowl.
Add the cottage cheese and yogurt to the bowl.
Mix the honey, sriracha and chilli flakes for the hot honey, and drizzle over the bowl.
