Summer fruit porridge
  1. Mix the oats and water in a saucepan over a medium heat. Bring to the boil then reduce to a gentle simmer. Stir constantly until the porridge starts to thicken.

  2. Add the berries and continue to cook, stirring for 1-2 minutes. Add more water if the mixture looks too thick.

  3. Taste test the porridge to ensure that the fruit is heated through. Remove from heat and stir in the protein powder until thoroughly combined. Sprinkle over a few extra berries and serve.

  4. Consume immediately.
