15 Minute Air Fryer Bagels
  1. In a bowl, measure and add the flour, baking powder, and salt. Whisk to combine.

  2. Next, add in the Greek yogurt and stir with a wooden spoon or rubber spatula until combined.

  3. Shape the dough into a ball and turn out onto a floured surface.

  4. Knead dough for 2-3 minutes then divide the dough into 8 equal parts.

  5. Roll each piece into a 8-10 inch rope and pinch edges together to make a bagel shape.

  6. Brush with beaten egg and sprinkle with your favorite bagel toppings.

  7. Set the air fryer to 350F.

  8. Air fry bagels for 10-12 minutes or until golden.

  9. Cool for 5 minutes before slicing.
