  2. In a medium sized mixing bowl, combine kewpie mayonnaise, tomato paste, melted butter, rice vinegar, and water.

  3. Add the dry ingredients to the mayonnaise mixture and whisk until well combined. Serve with shrimp, chicken, or vegetables.
