Chocolate Lava Mug Cake

3 tablespoons butter, melted

¼ cup sugar

¼ cup flour

2 tablespoons cocoa powder

Pinch of salt

½ teaspoon baking powder

1 egg

3 tablespoons milk

½ teaspoon vanilla extract

1 ounce chocolate pieces

1 tablespoon water

In a small bowl, melt butter in the microwave for 30 seconds.
While the butter is melting, whisk the sugar, flour, cocoa powder, salt, and baking powder together in a mug until well combined.
Add melted butter, egg, milk, and vanilla to the dry ingredients and mix very well.
Add the chocolate and push it into the batter until it is in the center.
Drizzle the water on top of the cake batter.
Microwave for 1-2 minutes or until the cake has risen and the edges are set.
Let rest and cool for 1 minute and enjoy!
