Creamy Pasta And Chickpeas
  1. Start by sautéing the garlic and rosemary in olive oil.

  2. Let it get fragrant and then add in the chickpeas.

  3. Sauté it for a few minutes and then remove the garlic and rosemary.

  4. Add in the tomato paste and water.

  5. Cook it on low for about 20 minutes.

  6. Blend half of the chickpeas.

  7. Add the blended chickpeas back in and the pasta.

  8. Season it up with some salt and then cook it until the pasta is ready.
