In a bowl, mix the cream, milk, salt and pepper. Add the finely chopped garlic and fresh herbs. Mix well to distribute the flavors.
Transfer the preparation into the Ninja Creami container, taking care not to exceed the Max Fill. Place the container in the freezer for 24 hours.
After 24 hours, insert the container in the Ninja Creami and launch the 'Ice Cream' program.
If the texture is too firm after the first cycle, use the Respin to soften the consistency. Add a drizzle of milk (about 30 ml) if necessary.
