Lemon And Spice Roasted Cauliflower With Tahini And Garlic Sauce
  1. Cook the whole cauliflower in a pan of boiling water over a low heat for 10 minutes until starting to soften. Drain and allow to steam dry.

  2. Mix the oil with the lemon juice and spices and brush all over the cauliflower, then season with salt and pepper. Air-fry for 20-25 minutes at 180ºC.

  3. Combine all the ingredients for the tahini and garlic sauce in a small bowl.

  4. Plate the cauliflower with the garnishes, drizzle over the tahini and garlic sauce and serve.
