Dissolve the yeast in the tepid water.
Add the sugar, olive oil, vegetable oil, and salt.
Mix in ⅗ of the flour until dough leaves the side of the mixing bowl (about 10 minutes).
Mix in remaining flour with dough hook until smooth.
Allow dough to rise twice in the mixing bowl. Punch down after each rising.
Divide into number of portions, shape each portion into desired pizza shape, add toppings, and cook: 13 minutes at 450 deg F on preheated pizza stone; or 25 minutes at 350 deg F in cast iron skillet (from cold skillet).
