Preheat Air Fryer to 385°F
Slice the potatoes down the middle and then cut quarter inch slices.
Continue making quarter inch cuts through the layers.
Rinse the cut potatoes in a bowl until the water runs clear to remove excess starch.
Take half of the rinsed potatoes and do not rinse or dry them off.
Air fry for 10 minutes at 385°F.
Coat the potatoes with oil and your favorite seasonings.
Put them back in the air fryer for another 10 minutes at 385°F.
