Breakfast Tomatoes w/ Burrata
  1. Place French bread in toaster oven so that it's warm and crispy

  2. Peel tomato and slice into ~¼" slices

  3. Heat pan on medium and add olive oil and red pepper flakes and let cook for about 1-2 minutes

  4. Add tomatoes to pan and cover in salt, black pepper, oregano, and thyme

  5. Evenly disperse eggs in the pan

  6. Cover and cook just until the yokes of the egg have a white cast to them

  7. Remove from heat and shred fresh basil over the top

  8. Tear up Burrata and spread over pan

  9. Eat directly from the pan with the French bread
