Rice Paper Dumplings
  1. Prepare the filling by combining crumbled tofu, shredded cabbage, carrot, spring onion, coriander (cilantro) and sesame-soy sauce

  2. Wet rice paper and fill with the tofu mixture

  3. Fold the rice paper into dumpling parcels

  4. Cook the dumplings until the outer layer becomes crispy while the inner layer stays chewy
