High Protein Lava Cake
  1. Blend your cottage cheese 1st, then add 2 eggs, vanilla, cocoa powder, sweetener then blend again.

  2. Place in an oven save dish, add your chocolate chips to the middle, or where ever you want, bake for 35 min on 350°

  3. Serve with some vanilla ice cream (I chose halo top)
