My Take On The Delicious La Scala Chopped Salad
  1. Wash and chop your iceberg, romaine lettuce and Peperoncini

  2. Thinly slice salami and shallot

  3. Add to a salad bowl along with beans and artichokes and Parmigiano Reggiano

  4. To make the dressing- add all the ingredients above and mix with a coffee frother or a whisk

  5. Pour dressing over, mix well and enjoy!
