Sparkling Hibiscus Sangria (non-alcoholic!)
  1. Muddle the orange, strawberries, and maple syrup (or your sweetener of choice) in a pitcher or small punch bowl.

  2. Add the wine and leave to infuse for about an hour.

  3. When you’re ready to serve, add ice, hibiscus tea and mineral water or ginger beer.

  4. Stir gently and serve over ice. Garnish with fresh fruit and edible flowers.
