Immune Syrup
  1. Crush garlic cloves and let sit for 5-10 minutes to activate allicin

  2. Layer the sliced onion and crushed garlic in a clean jar

  3. Pour raw honey over the top to fully cover

  4. Seal the jar and shake gently

  5. Let it steep at room temperature for 12-24 hours until the honey thins into a syrup

  6. Store in the fridge for up to 5 days

  7. For prevention: take 1 tsp once daily

  8. If sick: take 1 tsp every 2-3 hours or as needed to calm coughing
