  5. Cover and let rise for 1 hour.

  6. Punch down the dough and divide into 12 equal pieces.

  7. Shape each piece into a round muffin and place on a parchment-lined baking sheet.

  8. Cover and let rise for 30 minutes.

  9. Preheat the oven to 400°F.

  10. Bake the muffins for 12-15 minutes, until golden brown.

  11. Let cool completely before slicing and serving.
