High Protein Cheesy Egg Biscuit Bites
  1. Preheat your oven to 350F

  2. In a large bowl add your eggs and beat them. Add in your Greek yogurt, milk and cheese and mix well. Add in your chopped spinach, green onions and cooked & chopped bacon.

  3. In a separate bowl combine all your dry ingredients then Fold them into your wet ingredients until completely combined.

  4. Line a muffin tin and add 2 cookie scoops of batter to each individual muffin cup.

  5. Bake on 350F for 22-25 minutes and enjoy!
