Make the soy and hoisin sauce by combining the ingredients with 2 tablespoons of boiling water.
Loosen the peanut butter with 2 tablespoons of boiling water until it’s a runny consistency.
Cook the rice noodles as per packet instructions.
Arrange the noodles on a plate and drizzle over hoisin sauce, followed by the peanut sauce and chilli.
Garnish with spring onions and sesame seeds.
