Gordon Ramsay's 15-minute Sausage Bolognese Pasta
  1. Chop onions, garlic, and parsley.

  2. Dice the tomatoes.

  3. Peel the skin from the sausages and crumble the meat.

  4. Boil well-salted water and add the pasta.

  5. In a pan, cook the onions until soft, then add garlic and parsley.

  6. Add the crumbled sausage to the pan and cook until browned.

  7. Stir in chopped tomatoes and crushed tomatoes.

  8. Simmer the sauce while checking the pasta for al dente.

  9. Add pasta water to the sauce and remove from heat.

  10. Drain the pasta and mix it with the sauce.

  11. Top with parsley and grated cheese before serving.
