Add the flour, salt and yogurt into a large mixing bowl
Mix it around with a spoon then use your hands to gather it all into a dough, adjusting flour or yogurt if needed for consistency
Transfer onto floured surface and knead lightly with your hands without over kneading
Cut the dough into 6 pieces
Shape each piece into smooth even balls with your hands
Preheat your air fryer for a few minutes
Brush the air fryer tray with oil so the dough doesn't stick
Place the rolls in the air fryer leaving space between them
Brush with egg wash and add poppyseeds if desired
Air fry at 175°C for 12-15 minutes until golden
Enjoy warm with your favorite toppings or freeze once cooled
