Loaded Baked Potatoes
  1. Start by placing a potato on your cutting board and using a sharp knife to cut it in half lengthwise.

  2. Create a crosshatch pattern on the cut side of each potato half.

  3. Brush oil on both sides of the potatoes and season them with salt, pepper, and ranch seasoning.

  4. Prepare a sheet pan by placing four tablespoons of butter on it.

  5. Sprinkle shredded Parmesan cheese over the butter.

  6. Position the potato halves cut side down on top of the cheese.

  7. Bake the potatoes in a preheated oven at 450 degrees for about 30 minutes.

  8. Once baked, allow the potatoes to cool for a minute before carefully removing them from the baking sheet.

  9. Top the potatoes with sour cream, fresh grated cheddar cheese, bacon crumbles, and green onions.
