Start by pouring a generous amount of olive oil into the bottom of a cast-iron skillet, ensuring the entire surface is well coated.
Sprinkle a generous layer of seasoning over the oil; I used Dan-os cheesoning and butter steak for flavor.
Take some flour and mix it into the store-bought pizza dough, then stretch the dough out. It's easier to work with if it's at room temperature.
Place the stretched dough into the skillet, covering the bottom.
Spread sauce over the dough, followed by cheese and your choice of toppings.
Add a bit more seasoning on top; I used Italian seasoning along with the cheesoning.
Heat the skillet on the stove over high heat for about 3 to 4 minutes, until the olive oil starts to bubble.
Transfer the skillet to a preheated oven at 400°F and bake for 20 minutes.
