Apple Flognarde

    Ingredients for 6 people:

  1. Butter a mold or gratin dish. Spread the apples cut into strips.

  2. Mix the eggs, flour, sugar and a pinch of salt. Dilute with the milk. Pour this fluid paste over the apples.

  3. Preheat the oven to 180°C. Cook the flognarde for 45 min. Sprinkle with powdered sugar before serving it warm (or cold) in the dish.
