Chicken and shrimp stir fry
  1. Heat oil in cast iron pan.

  2. Cook diced chicken seasoned with salt, pepper and garlic powder until brown. Remove to plate.

  3. Cook veggies with 2 cloves garlic in cast iron pan until thawed.

  4. Heat wok with sesame oil.

  5. Move veggies into wok with slotted spoon to remove excess liquid.

  6. Add shrimp and cook until pink.

  7. String all together.

  8. Add chicken, add sauces and stir.

  9. Heat through.
